Some information about practice in Bodywork Massage Room.
Promoting health we mainly apply: therapeutic classic (Swidish) massage, manual lymph drainage,
segmentary massage, myofascial release, T.P. reflexology, movement rehabilitation.
In prevention, stress problems and relaxing massage for example: Integrating Massage Bodywork,
work-site for company and Polynesian Massage.
In beauty and aesthetic massage: Dynamic Anti-cellulite Massage (also body shaping).
Face lifting of Rosenberg Technique, Manual Drainage. Skin Revitalization Massage (after botox).
We apply massage in Massage Room, patient home, but also in companies - work-site program.
Issues of massage: therapeutic massage, relaxing massage, sport massage, beauty massage, body shaping massage, massage during maternity, cellulite therapy, massage in aesthetic medicine and in plastic surgery.
We also make presentations on fairs and medical symposiums. |

Dear Massage Therapist!
My name is Piotr Szczotka, I am massage therapist and massage instructor from Poland.
In my practice, I use different methods of massage, and also I lead and organize performances,
instruction session and workshops / course of two author's massage methods:
Integrating Massage Bodywork and Dynamic Anti-cellulite Massage.
For several years I have specialized in therapeutic methods of massage in psychosomatic revitalization. relaxation - practical in problems with stress. Also I have specialized in massage applied in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery as diagnostic and revitalize method.
As result of corporation with physicians specialize in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery,
currently I lead a workshop of: massage in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.
Part of this program is called Dynamic Anti-cellulite Massage, practical in aesthetic medicine,
for example as a diagnostic and therapeutic method.
Workshops: Integrating Massage Bodywork and Dynamic Anti-cellulite Massage.
Currently we work on - project of traveling massage teacher - with possibility to perform my massage method in another country. In the connection of corporation program with Massage Association, Massage School
or private person, I would like to invited You also to our country to start and participate
in
- Holiday exchange program.
The points of my program, performances and teaching:
a) Integrating Massage Bodywork - relaxation massage in psychosomatic revitalization.
b) Dynamic Anti-cellulite Massage: cellulite therapy, overweight therapy, shaping massage,
working with beauty and body grace.
c) Massage in Aesthetic Medicine and Plastic surgery. Massage as preparation to many intervention during aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery like: liposuction, muscles and body shaping - abdominoplasty, breast correction (lift or augmentation) face lift. Supplementary information about: massage application during:
peelings, botulinum toxin therapy and feelers. Cellulite therapy PEFS (paniculopatia - edemato-fibrosclerotica or degeneration caused by stasis meaning cellulite). Also massage as revitalization in pregnancy.

2. Health Enrichment Center, the School of Therapeutic Massage MI, USA - syllabus 1000 hours.

a) Polynesian massage - Ma-uri In years 1993-95 worked out a method of massage and author training on Integrating Massage Bodywork (relaxing, anti-stress massage, application of psychosomatic revitalisation)
and Dynamic Anti-cellulite Massage.
In years 1998, 2002, 2004 the inventor and co-organiser of the first Educational Fair of Massage.
In the previous years the board of Masseur Associations in Poland.
The author of the books: "Modern Massage - therapy, prophylaxis, relaxation"
and: Integrating Massage Bodywork - massage in biological and psychosomatic revitalizations".
Presently promotes the following programmes: "prophylactic massage in companies"
and "clinical application of massage in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery".
Ewa Mikuła - Master of P.T. Physiotherapy, therapist and masseuse, graduated from Physical Education Academy in Poznań. In years 1992-93 training in USA. Certificate of Rosenberg Technique.
Co-author of a book: Modern Massage - Therapy Prophylaxis Relaxation.
At present she is a Director and instructor trainings and lectures on massage in Bodywork Massage School.

- Presentation of Integrating Massage Bodywork during international symposium Active 2000 of the European Association of the Masseurs with sight defect.
- Co-organiser of Educational Fair: - Modern Massage - therapy, prophylaxis in Kraków.
- Participation in a scientific meeting of Psychosomatic Institute in Warsaw with the presentation of Integrating Massage Bodywork for physicians.
- Articles on massage written for patients and articles for the press.
- Presentations of Integrating Massage Bodywork on therapy and cosmetic fairs.
- Participation in the 4th International Congress of Aesthetic Medicine in Warszawa, subject: clinical aplication
of massage in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.
- Participation in the 5th International Congress of Aesthetic Medicine in Warszawa, subject:
application of massage in cellulite therapy. Application of massage during botulinum toxin.
- Elaboration of the educational programme: massage in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery within
the co-operation with specialists of aesthetic medicine.
- 2003 a project to open the Massage Education Program - Specialisation of Aesthetic Medicine under
the patronage of Postgraduate School of Aesthetic Medicine - of Polish Physician Society.
- Constant co-operation with the magazine Les Nouvelles Esthetiques (the Polish edition
"Nowości w Kosmetyce"). Drafting of information forum: Massage.
- Presentation at meetings of cosmetic firms. Massage presentations in schools and clubs.
- A drama performance Touch Music Movement" presenting different forms of working with a body
- from the expression point of view.
